I really liked this article. CLOY was my gateway to the KDrama world, and I haven’t looked back. I must have watched and rewatched CLOY for about a month before I could move on, and I couldn’t wait to take that chicken. I made some and watched Captain Ri while eating chicken and drinking beer.

In one of the early recipes one of the ladies of the village brought over homemade chestnut wine. I know how to make plum wine, do you know if the recipe is basically the same just, substituting cooked and peeled chestnuts in place of the plums?
