Yes you can grill on an outdoor grill. Cut the chicken into larger pieces and marinate longer. Gril until nicely charred basting with the marinade.

Really delicious! I prepared Korean BBQ on the grill for a few American friends and wanted to give them a variety of different options. This was a great “intro to Korean BBQ” that everyone devoured!! I haven’t tried it, but yes it will work. Just adjust the time considering the thickness of your chicken.

Didn’t have the rice wine, but used korean chili sauce instead to give the bbq a kick. (quadrupled for 4lb chicken)

Dropped the bag into the sousvide for 2.5h at 155 and then finished with a quick pan sear.
