And it was so good! Your sauce is perfect. I looked at other recipes and some had so much sugar, or barely any vinegar for the amount of water. This was just right. It was nice and tangy without being sharp, and it wasn’t cloying. I used cucumber and pineapple along with green pepper, onion, carrot, and wood ear and I LOVED the texture of the cucumber and wood ear so much!
