So yummy! I just used premade ssamjang instead of making it from gochujang and doenjang as y’all did. The sesame oil was perfect. It was easy to make (which is crucial for banchan!) and hugely flavorful. I’d never used these peppers before so I’m grateful for to learn how to cook them.
