Hello! I loved your japchae recipe. I live in a village in upper Michigan, but am originally from the Seattle area where I could easily get ingredients, jars of kimchee at the market, etc. Not so much here! So, with that in mind could you please share your recipe for kimchee? I order ingredients online and have made my own but it’s missing something.
